We carry only authentic designer kidswear. The pieces in our catalog are sourced through legitimate supply channels and represent the genuine work of the brands featured — Diesel, MAX&Co, N°21, Marni, Tiny Cottons, and others.

Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS. Estimated delivery times:

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend ship the following Monday.
Every order receives a tracking number once it ships via your shipping confirmation email.
Duties and customs
All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no surprise charges at delivery — you pay once and your order arrives with nothing further owed.
Returns
We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging where applicable
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to return
- Email info@henrikandfriends.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll send you return instructions.
- Ship the items back to the return address provided. Return shipping is paid by the customer on orders under $150.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What's not returnable
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Sale items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items missing original tags or packaging
